f7953b8eb5 Add MPP desk phone diagnostics follow-up to /phonestatus via relay. 
Wire CP-78xx probe discovery, relay phone-probe commands, and a chat follow-up message so store desk phones get registration, switch, and provisioning detail alongside DECT and WAN diagnostics.

2b8c4e06aa Improve /dectstatus with handset RF context and cleaner base cards. 
Surface handset registrations and RSSI, tighten reboot health to 7 days,
and consolidate Base / Handsets & RF / Network & RTP sections.

90a56c4640 Fix Prisma overlay tunnel discovery with site-scoped query_params. 
Use topology/links and anynetlinks filters with eq/in operators so
store WAN follow-ups return real peer tunnels instead of unscoped dumps.
