781b238a5b Simplify approval card workflow fields and format times in Eastern. 
Remove moved-by and from-status, rename to-status to Status, and show Created/Updated in America/New_York with EDT/EST.

225ca27c99 Render compact approval details in Adaptive Card FactSets. 
Use a two-column FactSet for short fields and keep multi-line textarea values in separate blocks.

98dd33a20e Clean up Jira rich text in Webex approval card details. 
Convert wiki markup to readable text and render each detail field in its own card block.

c6d3b9b531 Add per-request-type field maps for Webex approval cards. 
Drive approval card details from requestTypeFields.json, fix Service Request type 382→194, and add discovery tooling plus tests.
