c6d3b9b531 Add per-request-type field maps for Webex approval cards. 
Drive approval card details from requestTypeFields.json, fix Service Request type 382→194, and add discovery tooling plus tests.

efc64a227c Add Webex inbound OAuth flow and room-to-Jira job request pipeline. 
Introduces integration-based webhook registration, message parsing, dry-run
monitoring, JSM ticket creation, and OAuth token refresh for DC Ops spaces.

449550cb54 Add webhook skip diagnostics for approval processing. 
Log why REQUEST/CHANGE webhooks are ignored and warn when no pending approvers are found, making notification failures easier to trace.

0b056739e9 Add modular Jira-to-Webex approvals service with Docker deployment. 
Stabilize logging, correlation IDs, service-account Jira auth, and direct approver reminder DMs while splitting the monolith into focused modules with Compose-based deployment.
